Slice the frozen beef into thin slices, fold it and place it on a plate. 5. Add water to the kelp and boil until the temperature reaches 90 degrees Celsius. Take out the kelp and boil the kelp water for later use. 6. When using kelp water to cook various vegetables and beef slices, season them with lemon vinegar and sesame paste.

Japanese Shabu Shabu 1. Wipe the kelp clean with a paper towel and soak it in water for 1 hour. 2. Take out the kelp from step 1, put it into the soup pot and add water. 3. After the water in step 2 is boiled, dip the pork belly slices in sesame paste and eat. 4. Use the soup base used to cook the meat in step 3, add the cabbage and celery and bring to a boil. 5. Finally, add the remaining hot pot ingredients to the pot in step 4 and cook until done.

Oyster Shabu-Shabu 1. Wash the oysters and drain; cut the Chinese cabbage and tender tofu into pieces; remove the heads of the enoki mushrooms and the radish, wash and set aside. 2. Take a pot, pour in the broth and bring to a boil, then add the Chinese cabbage, tender tofu, enoki mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and all the seasonings from step 1 and cook until the flavors are absorbed. 3. Continue to add meat slices, shrimps and oysters, mix well and cook until done. Shabu-shabu 1. Blanch the chicken bones, remove them and rinse them with running water; peel the carrots, wash them and set aside. 2. Take a soup pot, put in the ingredients in step 1 and other soup base ingredients and cook over low heat for 90 minutes, filter out the residue and only take out the broth for later use. 3. Soak the kelp in the broth from step 2 for about 20 minutes, then simmer over low heat for about 1 minute before removing from the broth. This will create the clear broth. 4. Wash the cabbage and cut it into large pieces. Put it into the boiling broth, then add various hot pot ingredients and side dishes in order and boil until cooked. When you want to eat the meat slices, blanch it in a shabu-shabu manner and then dip it in the sauce.
