6. Braised: Take a small bowl, put soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, sugar and beef broth and mix well. Add a little oil to the pan, first put the carrots in and stir-fry until heated, then put the onion and ginger into the pan, then pour in the prepared soup, add the chili peppers after boiling, finally use water starch to make it sticky, pour in the fried skewers, add a little minced garlic, stir-fry and serve.
