How to make mushroom stewed tofu

2. Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, heat it to 70% hot, cut the pocket tofu into pieces and fry them (this is Japanese tofu)

3. Fry until both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and leave the oil

4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the dried squid and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add carrots and stir-fry for a few more times, then add the fried pocket tofu, and divide the lower half into a bowl of water.

6. Add some oyster sauce chicken essence, a little salt and stir-fry evenly, simmer for five minutes, add green onions

7. It is delicious and goes well with rice.
