Thai Shrimp Burger Recipe

Thai shrimp burgers are a home-cooked dish suitable for people of all ages. The preparation of this dish is very simple and the ingredients are extremely nutritious. Served with white rice, the taste is just as delicious. When making this dish, just pay attention to the heat. After it comes out of the pot, the color, aroma and taste of the dish will be more complete.

1. Prepare the main ingredients! I have posted a recipe for hamburger buns, and this time I’m sprinkling flour on them!

2. Cut the vegetables into shreds! Peel and devein shrimps;

3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the shrimp and fry until both sides are golden brown!

4. Add green pepper, carrot and shredded cabbage and stir-fry for a while!

5. Add yellow curry powder and crushed black pepper and mix well! Finally, add coriander, mix well and serve!

6. Cut the hamburger bun and spread a layer of mayonnaise on it!

7. Top with fresh shrimps!

8. Add vegetables!

9. Then cover the top layer of the hamburger bun!

10. Pair it with fruits and juice for healthy and nutritious results!
