1. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

2. Wash the chicken legs after thawing.

6. I marinated this overnight!

7. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of sugar, half a spoon of dark soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of water into a bowl and mix well.

8. Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the chicken skin side down first.

9. After frying, turn it over and fry both sides. After both sides are fried, pour the prepared sauce in.

10. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat when the soup becomes thick. (Leave some soup for rice, it's very fragrant)
