How to make baked vegetables with cherry tomatoes

The dish of baked cherry tomatoes with colorful vegetables is simple to prepare and has a variety of flavors. You can prepare the seasonings according to your preferences and make your own delicious dish.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Dice the pork tip and marinate with 1g of salt for 10 minutes. Blanch fresh corn kernels and edamame in boiling water for a few minutes, rinse with cold water, and drain.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced meat and stir-fry.

3. When the diced meat changes color, add corn kernels and edamame, stir fry evenly, then turn off the heat.

4. Place in a bowl and let cool, set aside.

5. Cut off the tops of the cherry tomatoes.

6. Scoop out the flesh of the cherry tomatoes. Place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.

7. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Fill the pot with the fried and cooled colorful vegetables, making sure to fill it up and put as much as possible.

8. Place appropriate amount of shredded cheese on top of the cherry tomatoes.

9. Place in the preheated oven. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

10. When the outer edge of the cheese on top of the cherry tomatoes changes color, it means it is done and can be taken out of the oven!
