1. Add 20g sugar to egg yolk and stir until the sugar melts, add milk and oil and mix well, sift in low flour and mix well

2.1 Mix egg white and egg yolk evenly

3.2 Beat egg whites with 60g sugar until hard peaks form

4. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper

5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle layer, for 25 minutes. After it cools down a little, turn it upside down and remove the wax paper.

6. Roll up and cut into pieces
