How to make Shangluo braised noodles

1. Remove the head and tail of the beans, break them into long sections, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces!

14. Sprinkle the reserved soup evenly on the noodles! Don’t sprinkle too much soup at this time, because the noodles are almost cooked, otherwise the soup will not be completely absorbed and the noodles will be watery and not taste good! Now on low heat for 3 minutes! Just let the soup dry up!

15. Separate the noodles and mix them evenly with the beans and potatoes!

16. Add light soy sauce and rice vinegar to the minced garlic and chili that have just been fried in oil, and the sauce is ready!

17. Serve on a plate, pour garlic and chili sauce on top and enjoy the delicious taste!
