How to make tofu burgers

Nowadays, people are facing increasingly fierce competition, and three meals a day have become more and more casual. They want to cook by themselves but don’t have much time. In fact, even if they don’t have time, they can still make a simple and delicious home-cooked dish. Tofu burgers are easy to make and taste delicious, which is very suitable for office workers.

1. Mix together 20g breadcrumbs, 5g starch, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 spoon chicken powder, half a spoon salt, half a spoon pepper, and a small amount of ginger powder.

2. After chopping the chicken, add tofu and the mixed powder in step 1. (No need to drain the tofu)

3. Stir the mixed materials evenly, wet your hands, and shape the materials into a hamburger.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, heat over medium heat, and place the prepared burgers into the pan.

5. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes and then turn the burgers over to fry both sides.

6. Cover the pot and continue frying for about 5 minutes.

7. Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl.

8. Wipe off the oil in the pot with kitchen paper, pour the seasoning in step 7 into the pot, cook over medium heat until the seasoning is reduced by half, then turn off the heat. (Be careful not to burn the seasoning, you can turn the burger over halfway)

9. When serving, you can add your favorite vegetables.

Tofu burgers are easy to make and the ingredients used are very common and very common in our lives, but the taste is quite good.
