1. Prepare all the materials.

2. Knead other ingredients except butter into dough.

3. Knead until the expansion stage, as shown in the picture.

4. Add butter at this time and continue kneading the dough.

5. Knead until complete stage, as shown in the picture.

6. Divide into 6 equal parts.

7. Use your hands to knead the dough into a round shape on the workbench, as shown in the picture. Use the palm of one hand to gently press the dough in a circular motion on the work surface.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and let the sugar rise for 15 minutes.

9. At this time, cover the baking tray with tin foil, dip kitchen paper in olive oil, and apply it on the tin foil to prevent sticking.

10. After the sugar has fermented for 15 minutes, deflate the dough and roll it into a ball. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface. I mixed black and white sesame seeds at home, so I have both black and white.

11. Ferment for 50 minutes. The time is relatively shorter when it is hot, and it can be one hour when it is cold. Ferment until doubled in size.

12. Preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 25 minutes. It will be colored after 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil and bake for another ten minutes.
