After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. The method of making corn raisin steamed cake is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps.

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. First dissolve the yeast with warm water, and then mix the cornmeal with warm water evenly. Add dissolved yeast water, flour and sugar and mix well to make steamed cake batter.

3. Add half of the raisins and black sesame seeds into the evenly mixed steamed cake batter and mix well.

4. Mix all the ingredients evenly and place the steamed cake batter on the steamer and continue to ferment for 40 minutes.

5. When the dough for making steamed cakes has fermented into a honeycomb shape, sprinkle the other half of the raisins and sesame seeds on it.

6. Steam over high heat for another 20 minutes, then simmer for another 5 minutes before serving. Let cool on a cutting board.

7. After taking it out of the pot to cool and removing the steaming cloth, cut it into pieces with a knife and you can enjoy the delicious corn raisin steamed cake.
