1. Heat the milk to about 30 degrees. First, add a small amount of milk to the yeast to melt, then add the appropriate amount to make dough. The dough should be slightly harder and fermented at room temperature until it doubles in size and becomes honeycomb-shaped.

2. Divide into several pieces. First, take one piece and roll it into an oval shape. Then put it on a home noodle machine and press it into a rectangular thin sheet.

3. Put the pressed dough on the table and start applying olive oil. After applying, sprinkle with dry powder.

4. Then repeat this step again and again, layer by layer. I laid twenty layers.

5. After laying it out completely, cut it into a circle using a mold

6. Put water in the steamer, heat it up, turn off the heat, put the dough in for the second fermentation, turn on the heat and steam for 30 minutes after 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for another 5 minutes with the residual heat before taking it out
