How to make scallion oil flower rolls (scallion oil ham flower rolls)

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and knead the dough until the bowl is dry and the hands are clean and smooth. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and wait until it doubles in size. If it does not shrink when you poke it with your hand, it is done.

2. While the dough is rising, chop the green onion (dice the ham)
