What is the weekly menu arrangement?

1. Monday:

Breakfast: sesame seed cake, milk (or soy milk), 1 country egg, pickles, and vinegar bean sprouts.

Lunch: Rice, stir-fried pork with celery, mapo tofu, and winter melon and seaweed soup.

Dinner: porridge, cakes, and cold cucumber and pork liver.

2. Tuesday:

Breakfast: Omelette, milk (or soy milk)

Lunch: rice, green vegetables and tofu skin, shredded pork with garlic sprouts, green peppers, and rice wine soup.

Dinner: rice porridge (rice paste or congee), steamed buns, and fried eggplant with tomatoes.

3. Wednesday:

Breakfast: fried rice, milk (or soy milk), pickles

Lunch: rice, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, stir-fried green beans with meat, and rice wine soup.

Dinner: fried noodles, porridge.

Thursday:

Breakfast: bread (cake), milk (or soy milk), beef slices

Lunch: Rice, beef slices with garlic sprouts, shredded cabbage, and egg and seaweed soup.

Dinner: soy milk or rice porridge, lasagna, and shredded pork with green peppers.

5. Friday:

Breakfast: fried rice, milk (or soy milk), pickles

Lunch: Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, and rice wine soup.

Dinner: porridge, sesame cakes, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, celery, dried tofu and shredded pork.

Saturday:

Breakfast: beef soup or pancakes

Lunch: Rice, steamed sea bass, stir-fried carrots with bean sprouts, and rice wine soup.

Dinner: pancakes, porridge, braised chicken legs, and Huizhiyuan mixed vegetables.

Sunday:

Breakfast: beef soup or pancakes

Lunch: Rice with stewed pork ribs and shredded cabbage.

Dinner: fried rice, porridge, pickles, and cold cucumber salad.

2. Healthy Diet
