1. Sprinkle some raisins on a baking sheet lined with tin foil or baking paper. (My baking pan is 37cm and the raisin cake roll is 28cm.)

2. Add oil, milk, and sugar to the egg yolk and mix until the oil and water are mixed.

3. Sift in flour and mix until there are no particles.

4. Put the egg whites into a clean, water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and vinegar and beat until hard foam

5. Add 1/3 egg white paste and egg yolk paste and mix well

6. Pour the remaining 2/3 of the egg white paste

7. Stir well

8. Pour into the baking pan, smooth it, shake it a few times to remove the big bubbles, and sprinkle with raisins

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F/180C for 20 minutes. Take it out and turn it upside down on the grill. Remove the baking paper while it is still hot and let it cool.

10. Place the cake on tin foil or wax paper and spread grape jam on it. (I didn’t have enough grape jam, so I added some blueberry jam.)

11. Roll up the cake, wrap it with tin foil, seal both sides, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set. Then you can slice it and eat it.
