7. Add sugar to the butter three or more times, beat until smooth, and then add it again! And so on. Until everything is blended!

8. Pour the egg liquid in three times! Stir well and pour a second time to prevent oil and water from separating!

9. Beat into feather shape! It looks light and fluffy.

14. Put the mixed dough into the piping machine! Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

15. Use a piping applicator to squeeze the cookies onto the silicone paper on the baking tray. There should be a certain gap between each cookie because the cookies will expand during the process. Unless you want to see your cookies all stuck together! hey-hey

16. Into the oven! I baked it twice! The first time, bake at 150 degrees on top and 120 degrees on the bottom for 15-20 minutes. Depending on the color, bake at 170 degrees on top and 140-150 degrees on the bottom for about five minutes! The color is up!

17. Since the oven is not involved, you need to adjust your oven a little bit and make changes! Be sure to pay attention to the baking time and you will know what temperature and time are most suitable for your oven!
