How to make crispy pancakes

1. Add cold water, salt and baking powder to the flour for making crisps, knead into a smooth dough, cover with a bowl or wrap with plastic wrap, and let it stand for half an hour.

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour to make the batter into a paste. It should not be too thin or too dry, just enough to be flowable. Let it stand for fifteen minutes after mixing.

3. During this period, you can prepare chopped green onions, coriander, and garlic sauce.

4. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll them into pancakes, the thinner the better, and cut them with a knife.

5. Pour oil into a hot pan, turn to low heat after it starts to smoke, put in the dough, fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside.

6. Heat the electric baking pan and add oil, add the batter and spread it out to the desired size. Beat an egg, crush it and spread it evenly. When the edges are slightly layered, you can quickly flip it over.

7. Add onions, cilantro, crispy crusts, and sausages according to your personal taste, and the crispy pancake is ready.
