How to make cold oyster mushrooms, seven steps to master

King oyster mushroom is not a spring-only dish. We can see it in vegetable stores or hot pot restaurants all year round. Its light fragrance makes it easy for many people who don’t like the taste of mushrooms to accept it on the table. Since King Oyster Mushroom has a plump texture, it is suitable for various cooking methods. How should it be cooked specifically?

1. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut off any dirt on the roots that cannot be washed off.

2. Steam in a steamer over high heat for 8-10 minutes.

3. Prepare the onion, ginger and garlic. If you like spicy food, you can also prepare some fresh red peppers to enhance the flavor and enrich the color.

However, if you don't eat these spicy foods, you can choose coriander, which has a good flavoring effect.

4. Make good use of your time. While steaming the king oyster mushrooms, you can chop the green onion, ginger and garlic and set them aside for later use.
