How to make butter bread

1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, press the dough button and knead the dough for 20 minutes before stopping.

2. After kneading into a smooth dough, add butter and continue kneading the dough for 20 minutes.

3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, then turn off the bread machine and restart the dough button to knead the dough. After another 20 minutes, turn off the machine and gently try to stretch the dough until it can be stretched into a thin film. If this fails, restart the machine and knead it again.

4. Now press the dough rising button of the bread machine and it will work automatically for one and a half hours. There is also nearly half an hour of kneading time, which makes the dough more firm. After the machine stops naturally, the fermentation time can be extended until the dough is very large or the bucket is full.

5. After fermentation, knead the dough for 10 minutes with a regular bread press, and let the dough rest for 5 minutes after exhausting.

6. Take out the dough and weigh it and divide it equally

7. Divide the 918g dough into 18 small pieces of 51g each and knead each into a smooth round dough. This process can also allow the dough to be exhausted more thoroughly.

11. Roll the long twist into a ball

12. Press both ends to the bottom

13. Put it in the oven for another fermentation, 40 degrees for 40 minutes. The time can be extended after stopping working. It took me more than an hour. Put a plate of hot water at the bottom of the oven to prevent drying.

14. After the dough has expanded and become fat, take it out and brush the surface with egg liquid

15. Then put it in the oven and bake it at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
