7. When both doughs have fermented and have formed a honeycomb shape, knead them again to release the air. Roll each dough into a large sheet, stack them together as shown in the picture, press them down with a dough stick, and roll them again.

8. Remove the corners and make the two sides even, then roll them up from top to bottom to form the picture.

9. Use a knife to cut into pieces. Look at the picture. My knife is really not easy to use.

10. Lay the cut dough pieces flat, two pieces at a time, and make them into a butterfly. When they are all arranged, use chopsticks to pinch the middle to make them more sticky and realistic.

11. Let it rise for 10 minutes, put it in a pot with cold water, and steam it for 15 minutes after it starts to steam.

12. Turn off the heat after 5 minutes. Do not open the lid in a hurry. Let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Open the lid, take out the steamed buns immediately, and put them on the grate to dry.

13. Serve it on a plate. Both children and adults will like it, and it is more nutritious!
