Learn how to make dumplings

A healthy diet and balanced nutrition are important guarantees for our body to stay healthy. Learning how to make dumplings is actually very simple, and you can do it yourself if you are willing.

1. Add 2 grams of filial piety to 300 grams of flour and set aside. I didn’t take a picture of this.

2. Dissolve the mother of filial piety in warm water, then pour the warm water with the mother of filial piety into the flour and start kneading the dough. The picture below shows the kneaded dough.

3. Leave the kneaded dough for about 2 to 3 hours.

4. Wait until the dough has doubled in size and set aside.

5. Take out the dough and knead it into a strip. Remember to put some flour on the board so that your hands won’t get dirty.

6. Then cut it into small pieces with a knife.

7. This is the meat filling. Take a piece of it and flatten it (round), and wrap the meat filling in it. As for how to wrap it, I won’t post pictures, because it’s my first time and I don’t know how to pinch it.

8. Then steam the buns. Make sure the water is boiled, then put the buns in and steam for about 15 minutes. This is the effect picture. I didn’t know anything when I made it for the first time.

In fact, eating out for a long time is not good for human health. Although you can learn how to make dumplings, those who have eaten them will never forget them.
