How to make vegetarian spring rolls

In order to stay healthy, in addition to maintaining good living habits and exercising properly, diet is also an aspect that cannot be ignored. The method of making vegetarian spring rolls is not complicated and is very suitable for those who do not have too much time to spend on cooking.

1. Prepare spring roll wrappers, eggs, and garlic cloves (heat the spring roll wrappers in the microwave for 30 seconds)

2. Heat the pan and spread the eggs into thin skins

3. Then cut the eggs into shreds, wash the leeks and cut them into inch sections, wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots and cut them into pieces, cut the carrots into shreds, mince the garlic, and prepare the peppercorns.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the pepper until fragrant and remove from the heat.

5. Then stir-fry the minced garlic with pepper oil.

6. Add the shredded carrots and stir-fry until tender.

7. Add the enoki mushrooms and continue to stir-fry

8. Add a little vinegar and salt, sugar to the raw enoki mushrooms.

9. Finally, add the chives and egg shreds and stir-fry until well combined.

10. Put it into the dish and set aside

11. After heating, open the spring roll wrapper and seal it in the fresh-keeping bag

12. Use chopsticks to pick up appropriate amount of vegetables.

13. Roll it up and put it on the plate, and so on.

14. Roll everything up and serve on the table

This dish is edible for most people, including the elderly, children, and women. However, those who suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort should eat less. Although delicious food is tasty, don't be greedy.
