22. After the soup boils, pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce.

23. And rock sugar.

24. When the meat is cooked through, remove the onion, ginger and star anise and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

25. Finally, add a little chicken powder and stir well before serving.

26. Boil the bean sprouts in boiling water, remove from the water and let cool.

27. Then place the bean sprouts and other toppings on a plate and set aside.
