How to make milk-flavored steamed buns

When it's time for dinner, I stare at the menu in a daze. I eat fast food every day and want to eat home-cooked meals, but time often doesn't allow and I'm not motivated enough. The method of cutting milk-flavored steamed buns with a knife is extremely simple. It is a very simple and easy-to-learn dish. In less than half an hour, the delicious food can be presented to you.

1. Add sugar and baking powder to the flour and mix well. Slowly add milk and knead into dough.

2. Ferment until it doubles in size (I made the dough after dinner the night before, and it was almost fermented by the time I went to bed, so I put it in the refrigerator and steamed it the next morning)

3. Sprinkle some dry flour on the panel, knead the dough to release the air, cut it into two pieces, knead until the dough is smooth, and roll it into a pancake shape.

4. Roll the dough from one side

5. Use a knife to roll the dough evenly into sections (I cut it unevenly, just watch it)

6. Steam the buns for 15 minutes after the steam comes out (the steaming time can be increased or decreased depending on the size of your buns)
