How to make pickled vegetable and spring bamboo shoots buns

4. Prepare the filling while the dough is rising. Wash the spring bamboo shoots, pickles and pork and chop them into small pieces. Heat oil in a hot pan, pour in the pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Then pour in the bamboo shoots and pickles, stir-fry for a while, sprinkle with chicken essence and serve. Pickles themselves are salty, so add salt as needed.

15. Apply some oil on the steaming rack to prevent sticking, and leave appropriate spacing when placing the food. Put it in a pot with cold water and steam it on high heat for about 12 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for three or four minutes.

16. You can start eating the steaming hot buns!

17. Self-raising steamed bread flour contains baking powder, so no yeast is needed. The dough can be kneaded with cold water or warm water.
