Perfect Crispy Duck Breast Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, wash and dry the duck breast, sprinkle with appropriate amount of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides

2. Place the duck breast skin side down in a cast iron pan, turn on high heat, and fry for 3 minutes after the temperature in the pan rises and the duck skin starts to release oil.

3. Turn over and fry for 1 minute

4. Turn the duck over so that the skin is facing down and put it into the oven together with the pan.

5. Bake at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes, take out and let rest for about 5 minutes

6. Cut into 1-1.5cm thick slices and place on a plate
