1. Put all the ingredients (except butter) into the bread machine and knead into a smooth dough for 10 minutes.

11. Put it into the mold for the second fermentation. When it is 90% full, preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Unmold immediately after baking.
