How to make cabbage glutinous rice balls

1. Soak glutinous rice overnight

2. Chop the cabbage and squeeze out the water with your hands

3. Soak the mushrooms in advance

4. Mince the pork

5. Chop the green onion, ginger and soaked mushrooms

6. Put the chopped pork, onions, ginger and mushrooms into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of cornstarch, salt, chicken essence, white vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of pepper.

7. Mix evenly into cabbage and meat puree

8. Drain the glutinous rice

9. Make meatballs out of the cabbage puree and put them into the glutinous rice. Roll them in a layer of glutinous rice.

10. Place on a plate

11. Chop the carrots into appropriate amounts and sprinkle them on the meatballs. Boil water in a steamer and steam the cabbage and glutinous rice meatballs for 25 minutes.

12. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving
