How to make vegetarian cabbage dumplings

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, make a small hole in the middle and put in the yeast.

2. Pour a little warm water into the place where the yeast is placed to dissolve the yeast.

3. Slowly add warm water and use chopsticks to stir the flour into a cotton-like state.

4. Knead the dough into a smooth dough with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and set it aside to ferment naturally.

8. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking oil, white pepper, soup base and a little salt.

9. Stir evenly and the filling is ready.

10. Let the dough ferment until it is twice its original size and then knead it evenly.

11. Cut the dough into small pieces and flatten them with your hands.

12. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thicker middle and thinner edges.

13. Take a piece of dough and put in appropriate amount of filling.

14. Use the thumb and index finger of your right hand to pinch out pleats.

15. Pinch a circle of pleats along the edge.

16. Finally close the edges.

17. Wrap all the buns one by one.

18. Put the buns into the steamer, cover the pot, do not turn on the fire yet, and let the raw buns rise for 20 minutes.

19. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat and steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for another 3 minutes.
