1. Prepare all the ingredients (weigh them) (brush the cake mold with butter)

3. Add 5 grams of cornstarch to the egg whites and beat them first.

4. Beat until there are big bubbles and add one-third of the powdered sugar

6. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and have a pointy texture when lifted up. (After the egg whites are beaten, turn off the remaining heat from the oven.)

7. Add yogurt and milk powder to the egg yolk and beat at the lowest setting.

10. Add the egg whites to the batter three times and stir up and down (do not make circles)

14. It’s almost done. The mold is full and there is no cracking.
