How to make fried potato balls

Urbanites commute twice a day, and their destination is always office buildings and apartments. They have no time to cook, but after getting used to fast food, they will miss home-cooked meals. Fried potato balls are convenient and quick to make. They can be cooked in just over ten minutes. They only need to be steamed and there is no need to worry about the harm of oil fumes.

1. Peel the potatoes, slice them and put them into the steamer. Press them into a paste after steaming.

2. Add a little salt and five-spice powder to the mashed potatoes, mix well, and roll them into balls one by one!

3. Pour the bread crumbs into the plate!

4. Coat the rolled potato balls with breadcrumbs!

5. After coating with breadcrumbs, rub it gently in the palm of your hand! Make the bread crumbs stick to the potato balls better!

6. Pour oil into the pan and heat it until it is 80% hot, then add the potato balls! Take it out immediately after seeing the color change!

7. Place it on oil-absorbing paper!

8. Serve! It tastes even better with tomato sauce or salad dressing!

Although restaurant dishes are delicious, they may hide some hygiene issues. Fried potato balls are simple to make and can be made at home to ensure hygiene.
