How to make cup yogurt tiramisu

How to make cup yogurt tiramisu

The world is so wonderful, you must not want to be lonely, so you must go out to eat with friends often. Having tried all the delicacies in the world, are you a little tired of it? It doesn’t matter. If you can learn how to make cup yogurt tiramisu like me, you will definitely be excited for a long time.

1. Add 15g of gelatin powder to 15g of water and soak, then put it in the microwave for 30 seconds until the color is transparent (Note: If you don’t have gelatin powder, you can use jelly powder or white jelly instead. Add the same amount to boiling water and mix evenly. It is generally available in supermarkets);

2.1 Pour the gelatin liquid into the yogurt bowl;

3.2 Pour 250g of plain yogurt into a bowl, without fruit particles. If you don't pursue quick results and want a better taste, you can pour the yogurt on gauze or filter paper and let it stand for 4-6 hours, then take the thicker part that cannot be filtered out. If you do this, don't add gelatin liquid;

4.1 Take 4 slices of white toast and three cups with different calibers from large to small. I took three different ones because the container I used was a slanted glass cup. If you use an ordinary straight-mouthed glass cup at home, you can use that glass cup as a mold for cutting toast;

5.2 Use a manual egg beater to quickly stir evenly. If you don’t have such an egg beater, you can use chopsticks or a spoon. Just stir evenly.

6. Put the cup upside down on the toast, press it hard and turn it a few times to cut it into round toast slices. If you use a small cup, you can cut two slices from one slice, and if you use a large cup, you can only cut one slice from one slice. You can cut six slices in total.

7. Pour 60g of instant coffee powder into 60g of warm water and mix evenly. Put it in the refrigerator to cool. Then pour it into a flat plate and put the sliced toast into it to soak both sides so that it can fully absorb the coffee solution.

8. Take two glasses, put a piece of toast soaked in coffee in it, add a few spoons of yogurt paste to level it, then put another piece of toast in it, add yogurt paste, and repeat this process until all the toast and yogurt are used up;

9. Finally, put the glass into the refrigerator and refrigerate it. When you take it out to eat, sift some cocoa powder on it (optional).

The cup yogurt tiramisu that I’m going to introduce to you today is good, but it’s very detailed. You might as well try it according to these steps, you will definitely succeed.
