How to make fresh milk sago

1.1 Add white sugar! The sweetness should not be too strong, a light sweet taste is enough!

2.2 First boil the milk over low heat, then turn off the heat!

3.1 Take half a pot of water and bring to a boil over high heat!

4.2 When adding salt, add it little by little while testing, because too much will affect the taste! Season the milk and set it aside to cool!

5.1 Add tapioca pearls, cover with lid, and soak for 10-15 minutes!

6.2 Bring to a boil and turn off the heat!

7. The tapioca pearls soaked in boiling water will obviously expand and the white spots will become smaller. Cook over high heat again until the white spots disappear completely!

8. Prepare ice water while the tapioca pearls are still cooking!

9. Filter the cooked tapioca pearls and remove the boiling water!

10. Pour into ice water and soak for 5 minutes!

11. Filter out the ice water from the soaked sago!

12. Finally, pour the tapioca pearls into the cooled milk, add ice cubes or freeze it in the refrigerator, and the tapioca pearls with rich milky flavor are ready!
