How to make cabbage stuffed with meat

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash 6 cabbage leaves, chop the green onions and put them into the meat filling. Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and starch to the meat filling and marinate for 5 minutes.

3. Pour cold water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the cabbage leaves and blanch for 3 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water.

4. Take a leaf and put the meat filling in the middle.

5. Roll up from the bottom

6. Fold from the right side to the inside

7. Fold it from the left side.

8. Finally, roll up the whole thing.

9. Do all the steps in order

10. Put cold water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put the cabbage rolls in and steam them over high heat for 8 minutes.

12. After steaming, soup will come out. Pour the soup into the pot, add some light soy sauce and boil it, then add some water starch to thicken it.

13. Pour the sauce on the vegetable rolls and garnish with a few slices of red pepper.
