How to make fresh meat wonton

Fresh meat wontons is a healthy and green dish. Different from various street snacks, the ingredients required are all non-toxic and pollution-free green food, and it also has the function of enhancing people's immunity. This dish can be seasoned according to your taste. The combination of different flavors will give people different stimulations to the taste buds.

1. Add a little cooking wine, salt, sugar, light soy sauce and cornstarch to the minced meat. egg. Stir evenly in one direction and stir for a while to make the minced meat firm.

2. Add minced ginger and chopped green onion and stir well.

3. This is the prepared wonton filling.

4. Take a small wonton wrapper (I bought ready-made wonton wrappers) and put an appropriate amount of fresh meat filling on it.

5. Use your hands to gently press the wonton wrappers together. Don't use too much force, as it will break.

7. Wrapped wontons.

8. Add a little salt, light soy sauce, seaweed, sesame oil or lard to the bowl. Lard tastes best. Add half a bowl of boiling water.

9. After the water in the pot boils, put the small wontons in and gently push the wontons with a slotted spoon. After boiling over high heat for a few minutes, add a little cold water and continue to boil, then you can turn off the heat.

10. Prepare a soup bowl in advance, as well as dried shrimp and coriander.

11. Take out the wontons and put them in a bowl. Add dried shrimps and coriander.

12. The finished product of fresh meat wontons!
