How to make fancy soy sauce rice

Office workers usually cannot be too particular about lunch, after all, conditions in the company are limited, so they usually eat in the cafeteria or go out to restaurants. In this case, they must pay attention to dinner, otherwise the body's nutrition may not keep up. Fancy soy sauce rice is simple to make and very nutritious, it is worth recommending.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces about 0.6 cm in length and width, and soak them in clean water to prevent oxidation.

3. Boil water in a wok and blanch the chopped potatoes.

4. Drain the blanched potato cubes and place in a bowl for later use.

5. Chop the onion and ginger, cut the green pepper into circles, and cut the ham into pieces of similar size to the potatoes. And prepare the peeled and chopped peanuts.

6. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry chopped green onion, ginger and green pepper rings.

7. Add chopped peanuts and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Pour in the blanched potato cubes and stir-fry.

9. After about half a minute, pour in the diced ham and stir-fry.

10. Stir-fry the ham cubes twice, then pour in the cold rice and stir-fry over high heat. Then turn on low heat and add salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, pepper powder, and finally add appropriate amount of soy sauce for color. Stir-fry over high heat for a while and it’s ready to serve.

11. Put the fried rice in a smaller plate, flatten it with a spatula, and then turn it upside down in another large plate. This way the fried rice on the bottom layer is ready.

12. After placing the fried rice on the bottom layer, take a smaller bowl and place another circle on the top layer according to step 11. Garnish with some green pepper rings and ketchup.

13. The beautiful and delicious fancy soy sauce rice is ready.
