How to make stir-fried meat rolls with dried beans

8. Cut the lean pork into shreds and then cut some fat into a few shreds. Chop the green onion and ginger into shreds, add a spoonful of vegetable oil (we often eat soybean oil here) into the wok, when the oil is hot, add the shredded white meat, stir-fry, and fry out the lard inside.

9. When the white shredded meat turns slightly yellow, add the lean shredded meat and stir-fry. After the meat changes color, add shredded green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, and pepper powder, stir-fry for a few times. After it is colored, add shredded green beans, stir-fry for a while, and add water (or broth), just enough to cover the vegetables. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

10. When the water in the pot is half full, put in the vermicelli and salt, continue to stew, and add chicken essence when the water is almost dry and serve.

11. Take a pancake, put the vegetables in the middle, and fold it upwards
