9. Mix well, seal well, and ferment for 3 hours in cold weather

10. Let ferment until it is twice as large as shown in the picture.

11. Divide the dough into pieces, roll them out one by one and stack them up. Pinch the edges lightly.

12. As shown in the picture, gently pat it, heat it on the electric pancake machine, brush it with oil and fry until both sides are golden brown. If the pancake is too thick, remember to turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

13. It’s a bit troublesome, but more appetizing. Kids will definitely like it.
