Ingredients: sausage, green pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, chicken essence.

Ingredients: 250g homemade sausage 100g red pepper

Accessories: scallion and ginger

Method : 1. Cut red pepper into sections.

2. Slice the sausage and chop the ginger and green onion.

3. Turn on the fire, heat the pan, add a little cooking oil, put the sausage in over medium heat, stir-fry for two minutes until the sausage releases oil, add the red pepper and continue to stir-fry, add the ginger, and a little salt (don't put too much, the sausage itself is salty, you can add a little sugar to enhance the flavor. Continue to stir-fry over medium heat for about four to five minutes before serving.

Ingredients: some Chinese sausages, 1 small onion, 2 green peppers, 1 king oyster mushroom

Accessories: some garlic, a little salt

Chop all ingredients into small pieces

Add garlic and onion into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the Chinese sausage, fry until it is slightly transparent, then add all the other ingredients.

Add salt. The sausage will be a little salty. Be careful to put less salt. The king oyster mushrooms will enhance the flavor, so you don’t need MSG.
