4. Heat oil in another pan, sauté chopped green onion and red pepper, add pork belly slices and fry until they change color, then add shredded cabbage and stir-fry until the shredded cabbage is half the size of the original, then add the pre-processed steamed bread

5. After putting the steamed bread in, do not turn it over. Let the moisture of the cabbage shreds be evaporated by the heat of the pot and make the steamed bread soft. After about three minutes, the moisture of the cabbage is evaporated. Then stir-fry the steamed bread evenly, sprinkle with minced garlic, and serve. The steamed bread fried in this way is not too hot.
