What are some common noodle dishes?

When we eat noodles at home, we rarely eat just clear soup noodles. We always add some eggs, vegetables or meat. Noodles are really a versatile food. Many dishes can be added to it, such as three-fresh noodles with mushrooms and black fungus, beef noodles with beef, and most vegetables can be used as side dishes for noodles. Next, I will briefly introduce to you several noodle side dishes.

1. Add green onion, minced ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar and a little five-spice powder to the pork filling, and beat the meat filling in the same direction until it becomes sticky;

2. Wash and chop the noodles and put them into the meat filling and mix well;

3. Use the leavening method to make the dough softer. Add yeast and water to the flour and knead it into a soft dough with a uniform appearance. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

4. Knead the risen dough vigorously for a few minutes, divide it into pieces about the size of a walnut, and roll it into skins;

5. Wrap the fillings, pinch and flatten;

6. Use a frying pan or electric baking pan to slowly bake until both sides are golden brown.

Noodles and Vegetable Dumplings

Ingredients: pork, noodles, dumpling wrappers, peanut oil, salt, soy sauce, MSG, onions, ginger, cooking wine, sweet noodle sauce, and pepper.

Method: 1. Dice the green onion, ginger and pork belly in turn;

2. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce and mix well;

3. Wash the noodles and vegetables, chop them with a knife, add salt and mix well with your hands;

4. Add noodles and vegetables to the meat filling, and add peanut oil, pepper, MSG and sesame oil and mix well;

5. Put the fillings on the dumpling skin and wrap it up;

6. Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then put in the dumplings;

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, pour in a little cold water and bring to a boil, then pour in cold water again. Repeat this process three times and then you can scoop out and eat.

Vermicelli noodles

Ingredients: noodles, vermicelli, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, sugar, dried chili peppers, MSG, and white vinegar.

Method: 1. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft; wash the noodles and vegetables; shred the carrots;

2. Boil water in a pot, add noodles and vegetables and blanch until they change color; remove noodles and vegetables and immediately put them in cold water to cool down;

3. Chop green onion and garlic, and cut dried chili into sections;
