How to make healthy and low-fat pancakes

1. Add appropriate amount of flour, boiled water and knead into smooth dough, wrap with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes.

2. Sprinkle flour on the chopping board, flatten the dough into a large rectangular thin slice, and brush a thin layer of oil evenly.
