Garlic Chicken Rice

1. Wash the chicken breasts and legs, tap them lightly with the back of a knife to loosen the chicken tissue and make it easier to absorb flavor.

2. Slice the dough into evenly thick slices from the middle and cut into three pieces.

3. Add one tablespoon of cooking wine and one tablespoon of cooking oil, and mix thoroughly and knead and massage at a ratio of 35-40 grams of marinade for every 500 grams of chicken. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate overnight to let the flavor absorb. (Adding oil is to prevent the chicken from being too dry when grilling.)

4. Line the baking tray with tin foil, place the chicken fillets on it one by one, preheat the oven, put the chicken in the baking tray, middle layer, set the upper and lower heat to 200 degrees, turn on the fan function, and bake for 10 minutes.

5. Take out the chicken fillet, brush it with a layer of honey water (I usually use a 1:1 ratio of honey to water), turn it over and continue baking in the oven for 5 minutes.
