Crispy Pork Pie Recipe

Many people may think that cooking is a difficult task. In fact, it is not difficult to make delicious dishes with good color, fragrance and taste. 1. Add eggs to flour, soak yeast in warm water and pour into the flour, knead into dough and set aside to ferment for about 2 hours. When it doubles in size, knead into dough again and set aside.

2. Chop the pork, add three spoons of thirteen spices (a spoon the size of your thumb), one spoon of salt, 1 egg, celery, ginger, chives, and the amount of soy sauce for cooking, mix well and set aside

3. After boiling the lard, add 1 spoon of thirteen spices and five-spice powder, 1 spoon of salt, and then add appropriate amount of flour and stir into a paste for later use.

4. Roll the dough into a thin rectangular skin and spread the boiled lard evenly on the skin.

5. Roll up the dough and cut it into pieces of the same size as shown in the picture.

6. Flatten the dough, roll it into a thin pancake skin, put in the meat filling, and use the same method as making dumplings. Wrap it, flatten it lightly, roll it into a round shape, and prepare to put it in the frying pan.

7. Put more oil in the pan, turn down the heat after it’s hot, put the pancakes in and fry slowly over low heat until they turn brown.
