How to make vegetable ham sandwich

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside. Prepare the meat filling according to the amount you want to make, and you can choose other dishes to match it according to your taste.

2. Chop carrots, beans, onions and ginger into small pieces, depending on the size of the dumpling filling. Cut and set aside

3. Beat the eggs into the meat filling, add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, and mix well.

4. Add the chopped vegetables into the meat filling little by little, stirring while adding. The amount of vegetables depends on personal taste. If you like vegetables, you can add more vegetables.

5. Mix the meat filling and vegetables evenly

6. Add an appropriate amount of corn starch, stirring while adding, until it can be kneaded into a dough.

7. Add water to the steamer, put the kneaded dough into a suitable container, flatten and compact it, and put it into the steamer to steam.

8. Steam for 40-50 minutes after the pot is boiled. This depends on the amount you make. I steamed it for about 50 minutes.

9. Slice the vegetables and ham. I bought ready-made pancakes, heated them up, opened them, added the ham, and it was done. It tasted good. I didn't take a separate photo of the meat pie.
