The first step is to prepare the ingredients and clean them. Cut the pig heart into slices and place them on a plate. Cut the chili pepper, remove the seeds and place them on the plate.

The second step is to add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and garlic to the plate with the pig heart and marinate for a while (about 5 minutes) to remove the fishy smell and absorb the flavor.

The third step is to add peanut oil to the pot, add the pig heart and stir-fry until it is 70% cooked, then remove from the pot and place on a plate.

Step 4. Add a small amount of peanut oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the chili peppers until they are 70% cooked.

Step 5. Put the 70% cooked pork heart and chili pepper into the pot and stir-fry until fully mixed.

Step 6. When the heat is almost right, add a small amount of salt to make the taste moderate and the stir-fry can be served.
