Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

2. Add the butter and salt to a bowl, dig a hole in the middle of the yeast and separate it from the sugar. Stir with a spatula or chopsticks while pouring clean water.

3. Stir until there is no water left and then knead it into a ball with your hands.

4. Move to the chopping board and knead until the dough is smooth and can be pulled into a thick film.

5. Add softened butter, knead vigorously and beat a few times, then add salt, knead and continue beating.

6. Beat until it is completely beaten, until a firm film can be pulled out, and then knead for a few minutes.

7. Roll into a ball and cover with plastic wrap for basic fermentation at a temperature of 25 degrees. If the temperature is high in the summer, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before taking it out and fermenting it at room temperature to avoid fermenting too quickly.

8. Let it ferment until it is twice as large as its original size. If you poke a hole with your finger in dry powder and it does not shrink, it is ready.

9. Take out, fold, press and fill fully, then weigh, divide and roll into three equal parts. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

10. After it is relaxed, use a dough roll to roll it into an oval shape, turn it over and roll it up from top to bottom 1.5-2 circles.

11. Roll up everything, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

12. Roll the relaxed dough vertically into an ox tongue shape. Rotate the horizontal dough on the left 90 degrees to make it vertical, turn it over and roll it up from top to bottom for 2.5-3 circles.

13. Place into a 450g toast mould.

14. Put it in the oven and put a baking tray of hot water underneath for secondary fermentation. The temperature is 35°C and the humidity is 75%.

15. Take out when the dough is 80% full and preheat the oven to 185 degrees.

16. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then at 170 degrees for 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil when the color changes during the process.

17. After taking it out of the oven and shaking it, immediately remove it from the mold, place it flat on the baking rack to cool until it is hand-warmed, then put it into a fresh-keeping bag and seal it for storage. It will be fine for three to five days in cool weather.

18. If you want to slice the food, it is recommended to seal it for a few hours before taking out the slices.
