Seasoning: 5 grams of peanut oil, 6 grams of salt, 2 grams of MSG, a little pepper, 10 grams of light soy sauce, 1 gram of sesame oil, 3 grams of Shaoxing wine, and appropriate amount of dry cornstarch. Preparation: (1) Cut the beef into thick slices and pound it with a knife. Wash and cut the coriander leaves into small pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Fry the white sesame seeds and soak the wolfberries. (2) Beat the egg into the beef, add some salt, MSG, pepper, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch, mix well, heat oil in another pan, when the oil temperature reaches 100 degrees, add the beef slices and fry until just cooked, remove from the pan and place in a bowl, steam in a steamer until tender, take out and turn over and place in a plate. (3) In another bowl, add coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, white sesame seeds, wolfberries, sesame oil, and light soy sauce. Add the soup and mix well. Pour over the braised beef. Features: When frying steak, the oil temperature should be high, and medium heat is best.

Ingredients for Viennese steak: 4 steaks, 1 egg, 1 lemon, appropriate amount of breadcrumbs, 2 stuffed olives, 6 taels (240 grams) of mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon of butter, marinade: appropriate amount of onion salt, appropriate amount of O-juice, egg batter: 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, mashed potato seasoning: 1 egg yolk, a little cardamom powder, egg juice (for coating mashed potatoes) Preparation method: 1. Wrap the steak with plastic wrap and pat it until it is very soft. 2. Add the marinade and mix well for a while, then apply the egg batter and roll it in bran. 3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain and place on a plate. 4. Separate the egg whites and yolks, then crush them for later use; peel the yellow skin of the lemon, slice it, decorate it with the egg yolk and white, and then place it in the center of the pan. 5. Add butter and mashed potato seasoning to the mashed potatoes and mix into a thick sauce. Use a pump with a five-star-shaped nozzle to squeeze it into large flower shapes. Brush with egg juice and place in the oven until golden brown. Then mix it next to the steak and it is done.
