How to make delicious three-fresh casserole

Auxiliary ingredients: 15 grams of cooked ham, 25 grams of cooked cake, 100 grams of soaked pork skin, 100 grams of soaked vermicelli, 25 grams of cooked bamboo shoots, 250 grams of Chinese cabbage, 7 grams of refined salt, 5 grams of MSG, 750 grams of clear soup, and 50 grams of cooked lard.

Production process

Cut the whiskers of the river shrimp and clean them. Cut the chicken, cake and bamboo shoots into long strips and arrange them in a straight line. Cut the cabbage into 6.5 cm long and 2 cm wide segments, blanch them in boiling water, drain, cut the vermicelli into long segments, cut the pork skin into pieces of the same size as the cabbage, rinse them with clean water and set aside. Take a casserole, put in Chinese cabbage, add vermicelli and pork skin, put pork stomach, chicken, cake, bamboo shoots, meatballs and river shrimp neatly on the pork skin according to different colors and shapes, place the fish balls in the middle, cover with ham slices, add Shaoxing wine, refined salt, MSG, broth and lard, simmer on low heat until crispy, then remove from heat. Serve on a plate.

800 grams of pig's trotter, 100 grams of duck meat, 100 grams of grass carp, 50 grams of pork stomach, 50 grams of pork liver, 50 grams of cabbage, 5 grams of salt, 3 grams of MSG, 25 grams of cooking wine, and 10 grams of ginger.

Preparation method

1. Wash the pig's trotters, put them into boiling water for 2 minutes, remove them, wash them, put them in a casserole, add cooking wine and ginger slices and cook until they are half cooked;

2. Cook the salted duck meat and cut into pieces. Remove the bones of the grass carp and keep the fish meat for later use;

3. Cook the pork belly, grass carp meat and pork liver and slice them;

4. Add the cabbage cubes, and arrange the cooked salted duck meat cubes, cooked pork belly slices, fish slices, and cooked pork liver slices on the four corners, add water and bring to a boil;
