1. Can you eat pig blood and spinach soup after bone marrow transplantation?

Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh spinach, 250 grams of pig blood, appropriate amounts of salt and MSG.

Method: Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water and cut it into sections. Wash the pig blood, cut it into small pieces, put it into an iron pot, add water and bring to a boil, then add spinach and cook the soup. After it is cooked, season it according to personal taste. Take once a day or every other day, 2-3 times in a row.

Efficacy: Pig blood is cheap and good quality, containing up to 45 mg of iron per 100 grams, and can be called the "king of blood nourishment". Traditional Chinese medicine believes that spinach is sweet and cool in nature, and can nourish blood, stop bleeding, restrain yin, and moisten dryness. Therefore, this soup has the effect of replenishing iron and nourishing blood.

2. Can you eat celery fried pork liver after bone marrow transplantation?

Ingredients: 200 grams of pork liver, 300 grams of celery, 25 grams of soy sauce, and appropriate amounts of sugar and salt.

2.1. Remove the fascia from the liver, wash and cut into thin slices, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well for later use.

2.2. Wash the celery and cut into sections.

2.3. Heat the oil in a pan to 60% temperature, add the pork liver, and when it changes color, pour it into a colander to drain the oil.

2.4. Leave a little oil in the pan, add the celery and stir-fry under high heat. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt before it is cooked. Then pour in the pork liver, stir-fry for a few times and serve immediately.

3. What should not be eaten after bone marrow transplantation?

High-protein diet. Protein is the raw material for synthesizing hemoglobin. Attention should be paid to dietary supplementation. The daily amount should be about 80 grams. High-quality protein foods such as animal liver, lean meat, eggs, milk and soy products can be selected. The diet should include foods rich in vitamins, especially B vitamins and vitamin C, which are very effective in preventing and treating anemia.

Eat foods rich in iron. Foods rich in iron include animal foods such as liver, kidney, tongue, duck gizzards, squid, jellyfish, dried shrimp, egg yolk, as well as plant foods such as sesame, kelp, black fungus, seaweed, hair algae, shiitake mushrooms, soybeans, black beans, bean curd, red fermented bean curd, celery, shepherd's purse, jujube, sunflower seeds, and walnut kernels. It is recommended to use iron pans.

After bone marrow transplantation, you should pay attention to food hygiene and wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. The food should be fresh and do not eat spoiled food to avoid gastrointestinal infections. A high-protein, high-vitamin diet should be consumed before pretreatment. Eat light, low-residue, easily digestible and less irritating food. Avoid greasy, rough, prickly and spicy food to avoid damaging the oral and digestive tract mucosa. If you feel nauseous during chemotherapy, you can eat a small amount, but you must not stop eating.
